Bloomi ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Bloomi app.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including account information (email address, display name), baby profile information (name, birthdate, sex), tracking data you log (feedings, diapers, sleep, growth, medications, vaccines, milestones), community posts and comments you create, and photos you upload.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Bloomi app, sync your data across devices, enable caregiver sharing features, display anonymized community averages for growth comparisons, and improve our services.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We use Firebase Authentication for account management and Firestore for data storage.
Bloomi displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with caregivers you explicitly invite to access your baby's profile, in community posts you choose to share publicly within the app, and as anonymized aggregated growth data used for community averages.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data directly within the app under Settings or by contacting us at bloomiappsupport@gmail.com.
Bloomi is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through the app or by contacting us at bloomiappsupport@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this policy.
